Gadya LLC (“Gadya,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website or engage our services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide: name, email, phone number, company, project details and any other content you submit through our contact form or in correspondence.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location. This is used for basic analytics and to secure our services.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you’ve engaged us for;
• improve our website, services and client experience;
• send transactional or service-related communications; and

3. Cookies & analytics

Our site uses a minimal first-party analytics system to measure traffic — no third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you are a Gadya client with an account on our client portal at app.gadya.media, you may choose to receive text messages from us. Texting is always optional — email works on its own — and we send nothing by text until you have entered your own mobile number, verified it with a one-time code, and given explicit consent. Where a client asks us to enable texts on their behalf, we record how that agreement was given and when.

Messages are limited to service communications about your own account:

• one-time codes for signing in;
• notices that an invoice is ready or overdue;
• notices that a contract is waiting for your signature; and
• updates on your own projects.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies with your account activity and is typically fewer than ten messages a month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, and solely for that purpose. Consent to receive texts is not shared with anyone for any other reason.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning them off in the notifications tab of your portal account. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below. Opting out of texts does not affect your account or the services we provide — we simply email you instead.

5. How we share information

We share information only with:

• service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, email, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations;
• authorities when legally required; and
• successors if Gadya is acquired or reorganized, in which case this Policy will continue to apply.

6. Data retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete data you’ve provided at any time.

7. Your rights

8. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; where applicable, we use encryption in transit and at rest.
